Each island will have its own theme and will include peaceful beach resorts, eco-friendly living, entertainment, and lively waterfront areas. When finished, Dubai Islands will have over 20 kilometers of beaches, 2 square kilometers of parks and open spaces, and many cultural and lifestyle attractions. Dubai Islands is a substantial Off Plan development with phased completions anticipated over the coming years. Some infrastructure is already in place, with residential and hospitality projects set to open gradually, offering investment opportunities early in the growth cycle. The community is not due for full completion until the late 2030s.
